yeah its all off. i tried to add a RSSFeed to it and it crashed ,and not worked since! every time you load it, it crashes!

i have noticed that having admin rights on your own account isn't quite the same as using the proper built in admininstrator account. Try logging into the local admin account instead and renaming that file

If not, you might need to take ownership of the file to do it?

ok sounds like a good idea, so how do i do that then? haha! oh i'm the only user on the computer?

well usually at the log on screen press and hold ctrl+alt then tap del twice to get to the network logon screen, then type in Administrator as the username, if you have a password for that account use that otherwise it might be a blank password if you haven't set one up

then try and rename that file and see if it complains
