Hi. Sorry for the noob question but I'm looking for a simple software package that would crudely allow me to overlay a cut out of someone's head onto an existing animated gif (and adjust it frame by frame, even switching the cut out if needed). Does anyone know of a software package to do this? I should point out that this is only for jokes to send between friends so I don't need anything other than allowing me to overlay an image frame by frame on top of an existing animated gif.
