Windows software to Sync with Mac?

I just bought a new macbook and dont really get to using it (what a waste, could have got triple monitors) but I need software for me to be able to use my windows desktop at home and mac at school.

Does anyone know good software that would be useful in this scenario?
I have Dropbox but would like to consider a few more.

What kind of functionality do you want? Just cloud syncing of files?

Yeah I want to start coding and need some way of synching Eclipse over Mac and Windows so I can work on something on my desktop save go on my mac and then resume?

Also how can I get firefox to sync and save a group of tabs? Any ideas?
