Windows sometimes starts up and logs on really slow/ and some freezes.

It appears that at times, When logging on to windows, the typing cursor will freeze, and ill have to wait a good minute before it unfreezes. Then comes an astronomically slow log on to the deskop. After that, when shutting the thing down, It will stay on the shutting down screen for 20 minutes max, then bsod before shutting down.

Also, application sometimes freeze: Chrome, taskbar, windows explorer.

I'll probably fresh install when I can get off my arse to do it, however Im probably guessing something is eating up resources upon starting?

I'd test the memory and the disk personally. Random freezes are never a good sign.
