Windows startup error - clean install

Hi all,

Anyone know why my pc has just rebooted during install of a Creative X-fi and now says -

"C_1252.nls File Missing or Corrupt"

It looks like a repair or reinstall but the Microsoft support message doesn't tell me why its happened ??

Anyone familiar with it.
