Windows Startup Items

I seem to have a lot of programs that start when windows goes into the desktop but i'm unsure what i can disable from startup.

Items that start

Nvidia Geforce Experience
Sound Blaster Cinema
VIA HD Audio Deck
Intel HD Graphics
AVG (needed)
ELAN Pointing Device
Malware Bytes (needed)
One Drive
Canon Quick Menu
Itunes Helper
Adobe Updater

Ok thanks guys, the Sound Blaster Cinema software was the one i hate as it shows a flash screen 30 seconds after bootup to desktop. Now disabled.
