Windows startup sound

Hi guys, was wondering if there is any way you can change the noise windows makes when you power on your PC?

For example;

Asus Lamborghini VX6 makes a Lambo reving noise when starting...

Assuming Windows 7: Control Panel > Sound > Sounds > Windows Logon. Then just hit browse and select a wav file.

No, you can't unless your specific motherboard can do it.

I've never seen one besides that particular laptop
