I've noticed a problem recently, where my computer is stuttering. Essentially where if I'm dragging my mouse across the screen, it's as if it trips and then keeps going. (this is probably a terrible way to describe it).
It also appears in games and any other software I run.
I haven't a clue if it's a Windows problem, or hardware problem, however I've been testing out the hardware and no problems there (apart from some dodgy RAM which is being RMA'd - new RAM in, same problem, so not that).
I've seen a lot online about a recent Windows update that caused some stuttering, but I'm not sure that's my problem. I've got the update applied since then which is meant to fix it. but as of now, no luck on the fix.
Is a clean install my only option?
