Windows themes...

I haven't really used any for a few years so I'm slightly out of the loop. What's the best app to use? I used to like StyleXP which seemed quite nice. Also what are the best sites to get themes from?

I don't use a program to install my themes. I don't like the idea of having to have something running in the background for my theme to work.

What I do is to install the UXtheme patcher. This means Windows can handle any .msstyle file I think. You just "run" the file and Windows loads the theme. No progs needed.

Personally I use the XPMC theme with the Tango icon pack installed on top.
