Windows time/date

My windows clock and date in the taskbar is always showing the following day. Today it's showing Monday 9th February 2009.

I change it back to today and when I next turn my pc on it'll show the next day.

Anyone know what's causing this and what I need to do to fix it?

Syncing the wrong timezone?

BIOS Battery?

Time zone is correct and bios battery is also ok.

Is the machines standalone or part of a domain?

Standalone.

I forgot to say it's running XP.

Try changing your time source from time.windows.com to ntp1.npl.co.uk or ntp2.npl.co.uk. They're both a UK NTP time sync source.

Thanks, it's syncing fine to ntp1. Hopefuly it'll be ok now
