Has anyone else's Windows (W10) time gone an hour too far ahead?

I have my time set to automatically update, to account for daylight saving, and set to UTC (Dublin, Edinburgh, London) and yet I'm showing 19:14 when it's not! Tried rebooting and still appears wrong. Uh oh!

EDIT: Twitter seems to suggest I'm not alone, and the problem has occurred on 6th Sep 2015, 4th Aug 2015, 1 Apr 2013. A bit poor Microsoft!
EDIT: Found a fix by changing the internet time server from 'time.windows.com' to 'time.nist.gov' and back again, at last we're now at the correct time.

Also happened to me yes. Known bug. Another fix is:

Windows + R

services.msc

Windows Time - Properties

Change Startup type from Manual to Automatic.

A mate had this happen to his work laptop this morning. I assumed he was just being a plonker, but it appears he is not alone.

I THOUGHT it was odd last night when my laptop was reporting the time as 3AM.

After about 15 attempts to sync the clock to nist.gov servers I finally got the right time.
