Windows tool required

Is there a tool that measures which programs/services take the longest during boot time?

I'm curious as to why it takes my PC 5-10 minutes before it's usable.

Err so after clicking the new bootvis button (full i.e. scan drivers aswell) how long exactly should it take to start up.

Mine seems to be stuck on the Windows loading screen for ages. I've left it for 20 minutes now several times and it still hasn't got any further.
