Windows toolbar missing

For some reason the navigation toolbar on my windows explorer windows has disappered. now i cant navigate back and for in my windows. anybody know how i can get the toolbar back?

havent got the file, view, tools options in the window anymore. so i cant do that

after doing that i got the back, forward, up, search, folders options, but not the standard file, view, tools etc. that you have in all windows

OK, after a bit of digging you can completely reset explorer's layout by using regedit and deleting the HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Toolbar\ShellBrowser\ITBarLayout key.

hi guys

for some reason the windows navigation bar is missing again and i cant remember how i did it before. can anybidy help?
