So I went to update Windows yesterday, downloaded and installed the 61 updates (I hardly update
) and then rebooted. After the Windows XP splash screen I got the blue logon screen (not BSOD) without the user/pass window. I waited for about 5-10mins and it stayed the same, blue.
I then tried booting up using "last known config that worked" option, but it was still the same. Then I tried booting up in safe-mode and it kept crashing before the blue logon screen...
I was so annoyed, I decided to format (2nd time in a week). Does anyone have any ideas to this problem?
ps. I've installed the new patch.
Thanks
