Hi, ever since I started using 64 bit windows 7 on my new computer (September last year) I have been getting this error, applications would crash, not launch or just not install. It was a huge pain! I bought windows 8 recently in an attempt to cure my problems but no the problem persisted, I have tried every "Solution" that I have found on the internet, so I ended up having to install 32 bit windows 8 which cured all of my problems.

I thought this was a shame as I can't use all of my ram so I tried installing window 7 again on a different hard drive in my PC but the problems persisted  has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do about it?

Thanks in advance, Jake M

Unfortunately the details given are too vague to offer any assistance, try installing x64 again, and then come back here with some more specific info, and I am sure people will help

Probably not - as edscdk suggests I'd check RAM. I'd put money on it being a hardware issue. 64 bit accesses more memory as well so this is where I'd start.
