Windows update packs

Is there a single update pack that can be installed onto XP SP2 to update with the latest security/bug fixes? I have a few machines that I need to update that don't have fast & free net connection.

autopatcher if you're just applying tweaks to current installs

ryanvm pack if you're wanting to add them to an install cd

-ryanvm doesn't contain any obsolete patches

cheers, installed the big 230mb plus 13mb sept. It's safe to uninstall Autopatcher (250MB) plus c:\windows\$*.*? when another autoupdater November pack is released I just need to install that.

I take it the items shown in blue are the updates that have been installed?
