Windows Update Reminder: Restart Now/Later

You know when you do a Windows Update and it askes you to restart? And that yellow balloon appears and every so often pops up asking if you want to restart? Yeah how can i disable it from reminding me, it gets annoying.

And no, i don't want to restart, i just want to get rid of that balloon.

You cant disable it... but you can up the reminder time to 24 hours.

gpedit.msc > Comp Configuration > Admin Templates > Windows Components > Windows Update > 'Re-prompt for restart with scheduled installations'

gpedit.msc is XP Pro only

Type the following into DOS:

net stop wuauserv

Alternatively save it as a .bat file, and run it when the message comes up.
