Windows update ( XP )

I keep getting this update that "appears" to be ZERO in byte size.
its "claims" to be a security update but i have downloaded it about 6 times now.

It's 0k because it's already downloaded, but by the sound of it things may have corrupted.

Delete the update files in your windows folder and rerun windows update.

The dialog also shows that it is 'Downloaded; ready to install' so clicking the Install Updates button should theoretically install it for you.
