Windows update

help my pc has updated and I can’t undo the updates some programs don’t work now any ideas of how to get rid of these updates ? Please help...

Sorry when I connected the pc to the internet the other day it sayed something about windows update assistant or something was thinking of going into safe mode and Delete the new windows folder and try and rename the old one to the original again.....
