windows updating...

I have loads of machines that i have update, download security patches and fixes via windowsupdate, is there anyway to download the fixes to one machine and then copy the files to install on all the other ones??? Or will i have to run windowsupdate(update.microsoft.com) on all the workstations?

If your on a domain i know it can be done by a certain service on a server, not sure of any other way it can be done without a domain

Hi

You could try AutoPatcher

You download the main 'August Full' program and update it with the Sept and Oct updates. You can then copy this to a USB HDD or memory stick and use it on each machine. No need to download the updates more than once.

Has some extras which you can select when you run it too.
