Windows Vista 64Bit Essential Utilities/Programs?

Hey guys,

New to vista went with 64bit for new PC.
are there any ESSENTIAL things I need to grab for vista?

Is there a better disc defragger as Im not given any info such as ETA or current status, Im used to Using Perfect Disc 7, any suggestions?

Also REgistry cleaner/Checker I normally use Registry First Aid on my current PC.

Mobo is an Asus P5Q, are any of the bundled utilities any good?

Also any other suggestions?

I use Defraggler it,s fast and it,s free, for cleaning my Registry l use CCleaner also free never had any problems with both.
