Can't you only get it from Microsoft as an invite? If so then it is illegal to get it elsewhere and i can see this thread getting closed.

Its slated for a Jan-Feb 2007 release to the general consumer.

If you are a Technet Plus or a MSDN subscriber you can get it.

Wait about 2-3 months though and the public beta will be out
