Windows Vista installation issue

Hey all,
I'm currently having an issue installing Windows Vista on a new build PC, its a 500GB Sata Harddrive, XFX motherboard and E6300 with 4gb ram. When booting up into setup in says "Windows is loading files, I get the green bar loading, then that dissapears and I just get a black screen, has anyone come accross this issue before?

If you havent got an SP1 install disk try it with only 2Gb RAM in it then put the other 2gb back after installation

Also, how long are you waiting? Some elements of the Vista install (W7 also) seem to suggest something has gone wrong but if you just wait it springs back to life.

Hey both thanks for the replies,
Well I got it sorted, it seems to be because I'm using my Samsung TV, turned that off and on while installing and then it showed up, a little strange I guess but all done now

Time to overclock I think, lets see how far I can go
