Windows Vista RC2 & Disk Boot Errors

I've just done a clean install from RC1 to RC2 to see what differences there where, but I'm now suffering a problem where I keep getting the invalid system disk error. The only way to make it boot is to repair Vista and then it works fine for a little while but then it will stop again as soon as I install a program. Windows XP did this for a while until I found an option in the BIOS to stop it, but that option doesn't appear to work for Vista.

Anyone else had this issue?

Well its still doing, even after a complete reinstall. Didn't even install anything else afterwards either. Just refused to find the boot bit of the installation. Strange that RC1 was fine yet RC2 is being dumb.
