Windows Wallpaper not working

Hey, my desktop wallpaper doesn't show up, its just a plain blue background. It does appear briefly when shutting down though. Any ideas what could be causing this?

is active desktop enabled?

Yeah no worries, it was spyware that caused it. A quick run of Spybot sorted it.

use firefox in future, and watch where you download from

worth installing av too if you dont have one..

kaspersky/nod32 if you've willing to pay, avast! if not
