Windows weather gadget

So windows installed some updates today, updated registry on boot (standard stuff) but now my weather gadget looks like this..

Have tried restarting and adding a new weather gadget but it still looks like that, this has never happened before so im short on ideas of how to fix this

Fixed it (sort of)

I had the DPI setting at 125% and found that setting it back to 100% fixed it, the issue is with IE11 so I may have to uninstall it or wait for a proper fix

Setting to 111% lets it work,not as big as 125% but `better` than 100%
