Windows won't boot after update

Hey guys, i updated my computers GPU drivers yesterday and when I went to shut my computer down, there was a Windows update so I chose to update and shut down. When I came home the computer would not boot and it would get stick on the Windows loading circle (I'm on Windows 10). It says preparing automatic repair and then either hangs or goes to a black screen. I have tried booting from my USB stick and that also just leads me to a black screen.

I have tried resetting my bios, plugging my monitor into my onboard gpu and whatever I do still leads to this black screen where I cannot do anything. If anyone knows a solution that would be great!

I would boot into safe mode, unistall the current GPU drivers, reboot normally then install the original GPU drivers.

I'm unable to boot into safe mode as no screen comes up to be able to launch into safe mode
