Windows Wont boot?

Windows gets to the logon screen and once its on the screen it comes up with windows need to be activated when you click on yes to do this it just goes back to the login screen and you just keep doing it it wont let me on to windows!

Any reason for this or how i can fix it.

Also i cant get on to safe mode in to any any accounts!

Have you changed your hardware configuration recently?
It should ask you to activate then take you to the activation wizard
