another windows not booting thread.
so i've got the intel IP35-E mother board and have had a constant annoying boot problem. what happens is you turn it on.. it tried to boot for a bit with all the fans on full then switches off. then it switches back on and works normally. now i know that i could have fixed this by updating the bios but never got round to it. another more annoying thing that would often happen is that on the second when it should load windows it would often just stay with the fans blasting and nothing else. when this happened i would usually open it up fiddle with some wires (not actually doing anything) but it would always end up coming back on after doing this. So, i went on holiday and when i came back i turned on my computer then left my room when i checked on the computer it was frozen on the desktop, so i pressed reset. now i turn it on and it just sits with the fans blasting and nothing happening, if i disconnect from the mains and try again it does the old double thing but nothing else. i've put in different RAM and put the ram in different slots but nothing is works NOT EVEN THE USUALLY FAITHFUL WIRE FIDDLE!!!!!!!! :O. so any ideas would be great. sorry for the long badly worded thread i just finished a big shift at work and need sleep. thanks
