Probably best I add more detail as required because this has been going on for years in various forms across multiple phones since her 3Gs but the upshot is, my missus's 128gb iPhone 13 has 80gb free and 23,000+ photos that are backed up to iCloud.
Either there are too many photos for Windows to deal with or she has a load of space that isn't really free because Windows won't import them until she deletes a load more every time she tries to do it. It's like she's hit an invisible wall. She needs to upload them for her business.
Any ideas?
