Windows won't install!

This could be more of a hardware issue but windows just refuses to install. It starts to install but then the power shuts off. Any ideas what could be doing this?

Got any more details than that?

Have you tried installing a Linux OS to test that its not the hardware?
 
Check to see that the CPU fan is spinning as it may not be, thus the pc will shut down. Check all connections. See if the CPU is seated properly.
 
The fan is spinning. I'm pretty sure all the connections are good. If the CPU wasn't seated properly would it not work in the first place?
