Windows wont run truecrpt/veracrypt with command line

I dont know if anyone can help me, but truecrypt will not run with command lines after windows updats, I have tried using shortcuts and using task scheduler.

I have restored windows since before the updates, and truecrypt runs fine but as soon as the latest feb updates go on, it breaks truecrypt and the same thing happens with the newer veracrypt too, they will not run with command lines added??

Well I have discovered that when truetrypt auto mounts the drive, there's no drive letters avalible for some reason and thats the problem, Im wondering if a different version of truecrypt will fix it ummm, but when I run truecrypt manually, the free drive letters always show.
