Just had a go at Microsoft over the phone - but didn't come to anything- had to reactivate today for about the 8th time ....
I have an Asus P5B-Deluxe, and it seems that Microsoft's software is not clever enough to distinguish between real hardware changes and hardware being enabled and disabled.
For instance today, I disabled my 2nd ethernet controller, and serial port on my motherboard.
RE-ACTIVATION REQUIRED DUE TO HARDWARE change !
what hardware change ! Am I not allowed to change my bios settings Microsoft ?
