Windows XP and Vista : Retail

I have multiple copies of XP and Vista (RETAIL) and I want to "trade these up" to Windows 8, is the easiest/cheapest ways to do this to buy:-

3UR-00006 Microsoft Windows 8 Pro 32/64 Bit Eng 3ur-00006 Upgrade 1user

pack, which seems to be approx £60?
