windows xp - auto scrolling mouse

when i'm viewing a web page i can click centre wheel of mouse and move mouse up and down to auto scroll page.

is there any way i can slow down the speed as i have it as slow as it will go but its not slow enough for me to read.

ps can't see any option in mouse properties

btw i'm using ms optical intellimouse 1.1

Don't drag it as far? :s goes slow then..

i only drag the mouse very slightly which is its slowest speed

but not slow enough for me to read scrolling text

....hoping there is an option to make slower
