I keep getting a lovely blue screen of death quite a lot recently.

Normally i can tell by the error report but this one has me a little confused.

C:\DOCUME~1\Tom\LOCALS~1\Temp\WEReccc.dir00\Mini042007-01.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Tom\LOCALS~1\Temp\WEReccc.dir00\sysdata.xml

The part in bold normally lets me know what the problem is, but im not sure what that is.

Also when it crashes my mouse stops working and i have to change the USB port.

Does any of you guys have any ideas?

Thanks

try just emptying that temp folder..may have problem writing to it

i.e.: restart pc to minimise anything using temp folder (or go into safe mode), then delete everything in this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\Tom\Local Settings\Temp\

hopefully that should solve it...if not, post back.

I did that and its crashing just as often.

C:\DOCUME~1\Tom\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7f56.dir00\Mini042207-03.dmp
C:\DOCUME~1\Tom\LOCALS~1\Temp\WER7f56.dir00\sysdata.xml

Thats the latest one.
