I've just found my laptop broken on my floor having fallen off my bed! It seems to work of except for the screen which is knackered. I can only see the top inch or so of the screen, the rest is all messed up and looks like it's cracked! Not good!
I have a monitor I can plug into my laptop so I can hopefully use it again as a desktop but without being able to see the screen I can't set it up. Is there a way of sorting this with just keystrokes so I can do it without needing to see the screen? I can get the point where I right click on the desktop and go to the settings tab and see I have 2 montors plugged in but the lower half of the screen is covered by all the cracks and I can't see it so I don't know what to do.
