windows xp fast start up and Nlite

Is there anything I can do to get an ultra fast start up.

It's not running much,

wifi
touchscreen tft
Gps sat nav
Winamp
and probably road runner or some other carpc front end.

I'm not worried about space 300GB hdd, but i do need ultra fast start up is there anything I can remove from the windows cd to help?

Also I'm going to use windows fw but is there any really low resource anti virus, although I am tempted to just skip anti virus. As the only time wifi will be enabled is when I'm syncing it with my main pc.

Also whats a good free syncing software for wifi connections?
 
use nlite for almost all components, just keep things like DCOM and windows firewall and maybe iecore, just incase

synctoy is a nice little tool :), can be scheduled too

-you can use a program called minlogon.exe instead of the standard windows logon too, read up about it on the carpc forums :)

Thanks, can you tell me which option copies from left to right and also includes renaming and deleting? But only from left to right.
