Well I booted in to safe mood, and its getting stuck on \Windows\System32\Drivers\MUP.sys Might just reformat? I cant even get the pc to load the recovery utility from the disk, it also gets stuck.

This happened to me on the GF's laptop - it was because the memory was loose of all things! I'd make sure everything is connected properly and if possible check the memory for errors if you can.
