Every reboot I get a pop up dialog stating it has found new hardware i.e the keyboard and mouse, which are far from new. It dows this with several mice I have tried 
Does anyone have any ideas why this is and how to stop it?
I've disabled driver signing, tried to force "signed drivers only" with no joy
