Hi there
currently to connect to the internet on my desktop i connect through my EEE PC which is also running XP with ICS

Anyway, just started having a problem about an hour ago. Just wont connect at all. Keeps saying Limited or No Connectivity on my desktop, but on the EEE it says its connected

Any help would be great :)

Chris

Make sure you're network settings are correct on the desktop pc, make sure it;s got the right ip, subnet mask, gateway etc.

ICS is pretty horrid. You posted elsewhere about moving your router, get that sorted instead if it means you can plug in your desktop rather than rely on ICS.

who is your ISP? just buy a router, you'll kick yourself in the nuts for not getting one sooner when you see how easy they are :)

have u tried uninstalling the network card and reinstalling it ? can work

but even if it works.. still do as all above say and get a router
