Windows XP Media Edition

My old PC died and i have allmost finished building a new one, now im deciding on OS, there is 1 problem i got a Windows XP media edition product key from my old PC, but i never had a CD.
I can use my old hard drive but i think it would be a problem with the old drivers...
Is there a way of using that key on downloaded version of Windows XP media edition. or do i have to buy a new disk with new key?

anyone got any sugestions?

If you copy of MCE is OEM then you should not use it on a new PC. if you are building a new spec PC then DL Windows 7 beta and use that until it is released.
