Windows Xp not booting up showing blue screen error.

Hi my friends PC started freezing, then when he restarted it it asked him to boot up from CD or Floppy, i booted from my XP cd and it showed this blue screen error,

STOP 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x808f4406, 0xf9e7d5c8, 0xf9ed2c4)

any one know whats up?
