windows xp oem issue

Ive just built a new computer
I have a windows xp oem disk that was previously used on another computer that I remember activating by phone
What will happen if I install it on the new computer. Will I be able to do this or is it locked to the old system now.

Hey masten, you will be able to install it on your machine, however you will not be able to activate it online.

Hey masten, sorry I wasn’t very clear in my last post. You can install it on your new system however as soon as you do you will be breaking the EULA.

Hey masten, once you have installed Windows XP, once the 30 days is up (Which you have no right in using anyway), you will then be unable to use XP.

However this will be breaking the EULA.
