Windows XP Pro keeps freezing randomly

Well pull the sata lead off and retry and see if 100% it's still freezing

Which model is it ??

If it is 100% the dvd causing probs, when you can get into windows go and remove it from devices and reboot then do the same again

If still the same seems rma time

But post back model etc and i'll ask a friend who's into all things sony

seem ok at the moment i have changed how its getting power gave it its own power lead right to the psu seems ok at mo

cheers but the model is optiarc dvd AD - 7200s
