Windows Xp Pro license Install?

Hi,

I have an oem copy of Windows XP and on the CD Key label it has the following :

Windows XP Pro 1 - 2 CPU
OEM Product
Key: Key here

Does this mean i can install this on 2 computers? As i have a 2nd computer without Xp on it.

No, absolutely not.

It means you can legally install the software on hardware that has 2 processors (like a server, or uber pc)

I think it's two for dual core isn't it? As dual core is 2x physical and then 2 more virtuals?

It's easier to think of licensing as per socket now, rather than anything else.

2 CPU means 2 seperate CPUs, so you could in theory have 2 x AMD X2s= 4 core
