Windows XP problem

Ive got a problem with me windows. Its works perfectly fine until I start opening mpeg video clips in a folder! I get a error message and I have to press ALT, CTRL + DEL to end task.

The reason why I say folder is when I copy it onto desktop it works fine!

Does anybody know why this may be?

you can disable the "preview" feature in explorer and this should solve your problem. goto start, run

regsvr32 /u shmedia.dll
