Hey all, Can someone please help me out with the problems i'm having with my windows xp please.
Basically, Everytime i restart the pc, Windows will boot up normally but i cant do anything on it, The taskbar appears but no programs load up and i cant open my computer or anything.
So i have to ALT+CTRL+DEL and log off the account through their and when i log back in, Everything will be fine

Can anyone tell me why it freezes when restarting pc but logging off and back on fixes it? Thanks
