I have an ISO of it that is 553Mb if that helps.

The ISOs I downloaded are 582mb + 624mb...
Both claim to be 'untouched' versions :S

The Select version of XP Pro with SP2 slipstreamed I have is 585Mb.

EDIT: I'll just burn the 582mb version then.

You'll need an OEM version (not a VLK) to activate that IBM serial. Also you're probably going to have to phone the activation line. If the ThinkPad is still in warranty then you can get the recovery media for free.
