Windows XP Vista Theme?

lots to choose from here,

one of the vista themes,

you'll need the uxtheme patcher,
search google for "uxtheme patcher" as there's different versions for xp sp1-sp3.
unzip themes into \windows\resources\themes\ and just double click on the .theme or .msstyles file.
